-What is your return and exchange policy?

While exchanges on cell phone cases and other accessories is very rare, we will allow a 1 time exchange of your self phone case only.  To initiate an exchange, you must contact us via email at INFO@THEGLITZYSHOP.COM within 48 hours of receipt of your new case.  Please include your order number, name and email address.  No Exchanges are allowed on powerbanks, and additional accessories. Please ensure that you select your preferred color/style before your purchase is finalized.  Additional questions can be sent to us at info@theglitzyshop.com as well.  

-Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we also accept international orders. International orders delivery typically ranges between 7-21 business days depending on your country's postal delivery and customs clearance. Sometimes delivery can take longer depending on customs in your country. United States tracking via USPS will be provided and you can track your delivery through www.usps.com.  Please be aware that we are not responsible for longer delivery times due to the customs department in your local country nor are we responsible for any import duties and taxes they may charge you. We are required by United States law to include all applicable cost and charges.  Any questions and concerns regarding import and duty fees should be addressed to your country's local postal delivery.

-How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is received it is processed within 2-14 business days for U.S. orders. Generally in stock items ship out within 48 hours. If you ordered an out of stock custom/print case that requires pre-order, please allow up to 14 business days for our manufacturer to deliver your item and for us to ship it. With seasonal peak times, promotional coupons, free gifts, sales and giveaway events we do require up to 14 days to process and ship your order due to a higher than usual sales volume. Business days consist of working days of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Once shipped your order tracking number is sent to the email you provided us at checkout. Please verify your email is correct. Packages may then be tracked at www.USPS.com. Please note that tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to become available. Excluding non-business days, after hours & holidays observed by the United States Postal Service. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive after shipment depending on your local postal service. Make sure you are providing accurate addresses for your delivery. We also may require signature confirmation on U.S. based packages for your protection. In the event that you have not received your order please check first with your local postal office to see if they have your package on hold requiring your signature. If they do not have your package and it has exceeded 14 business days since shipping, proceed to contact us at info@theglitzyshop.com for further investigation. 

 In the event that your package is returned to us for a bad address, relocation, etc. we will contact you via email to initiate either a re-delivery or a refund of your purchase. Please note that if you choose a re-delivery we will charge a shipping fee to do so. If you choose a refund we will refund you the cost that you paid minus the shipping charge.
